Yes, hi, hello. This is my client Izz and my flabbers are gasted by her. Would you just look at far she’s came and how hard she’s worked? Izz lost 35lbs before even coming to see me. Since then she’s down around another 40lbs and still going. She has sessions with me twice a week and goes to the gym on her own in between. She focused on eating whole, nutrient dense foods and is in a slight caloric deficit. I’m so dang proud of you Izz!

Unpopular opinion, but when you ride that should be your horses workout. Not yours. If you expect your horse to train and perform like an athlete then you should to. If you’re not sure where to start message me. I can help you workout to elevate your rides.

I dont just work with equestrians though. I also have specialties in weight loss, group personal training and sports performance.

Mobility is so important for equestrians. It improves flexibility, body control and range of motion. Training for mobility will enhance you and your horses performance and help reduce the risk of injury.

These two are on opposite ends of the spectrum. Chelsie has reactive hypoglycemia (low blood sugar) and Ariale has type 2 diabetes ( high blood sugar). Which means they need to workout a little differently from each other, but we make it work. They both have the same goals and are sister in laws so they decided a buddy session would be best. And they come to work every time!
