Unpopular opinion, but when you ride that should be your horses workout. Not yours. If you expect your horse to train and perform like an athlete then you should to. If you’re not sure where to start message me. I can help you workout to elevate your rides.

I dont just work with equestrians though. I also have specialties in weight loss, group personal training and sports performance.

Mobility is so important for equestrians. It improves flexibility, body control and range of motion. Training for mobility will enhance you and your horses performance and help reduce the risk of injury.

These two are on opposite ends of the spectrum. Chelsie has reactive hypoglycemia (low blood sugar) and Ariale has type 2 diabetes ( high blood sugar). Which means they need to workout a little differently from each other, but we make it work. They both have the same goals and are sister in laws so they decided a buddy session would be best. And they come to work every time!

So excited to see how far this lady goes! Jessica started her health journey the right way, with food. She’s lost 50lbs with simply making better food choices. She decided she was ready and has added in exercise including sessions with me. She keeps telling herself just give it a year and see what happens and I’m telling you right now, in a year she’ll show you what dedication looks like. Keep going Jessica!
