Last week, our Director of Nursing Lillie proudly represented Aperion Care Monroe at Ivy Tech Bloomington for a nursing workshop focused on résumé building and interview success.📄📎

We were honored to serve on an employer panel, sharing what we look for in new graduate nurses—along with résumé tips, interview do’s & don’ts, and the importance of thoughtful follow-up.✅❌

With around 20 future nurses preparing to graduate this May, we’re excited for what’s ahead and grateful for the opportunity to connect, support, and inspire the next generation of healthcare professionals. 👩🏻‍⚕️🩺👨🏽‍⚕️

This week we had the sweetest time celebrating our Administrator, Faith, and her little bundle of joy arriving in just one month 💙

Residents and staff came together to enjoy cake, thoughtful gifts, and fun baby shower games as we showered her with love and excitement for this special new chapter.
