Last week, our Director of Nursing Lillie proudly represented Aperion Care Monroe at Ivy Tech Bloomington for a nursing workshop focused on résumé building and interview success.📄📎

We were honored to serve on an employer panel, sharing what we look for in new graduate nurses—along with résumé tips, interview do’s & don’ts, and the importance of thoughtful follow-up.✅❌

With around 20 future nurses preparing to graduate this May, we’re excited for what’s ahead and grateful for the opportunity to connect, support, and inspire the next generation of healthcare professionals. 👩🏻‍⚕️🩺👨🏽‍⚕️

Great teams are built with purpose, and our HR Director, Margie Brown, plays a big part in making that happen. 👏

Margie has been dedicated to our building for 23 years this year. She is always willing to go the extra mile for her coworkers, family and residents, and is a true jack of all trades, offering solutions for anything that may come up. She is also incredibly driven, and it comes through in the way she exceeds expectations every time!
