Our office is thrilled to announce we have added another provider to our team! Heather Anderson, NP-C has joined our office and is taking new patients. Heather comes to us from IU Health Primary Care, where she practiced for 8 years with a 4.8 out of 5 star rating. She has a strong background in women's health, and is excited to be back working with women's health. Our office will be closed for an extended holiday weekend. We will be out of office from Thursday December 22 through Monday December 26. We will return Tuesday December 27 at 7am. We hope you have a great holiday!

Dr Corning and her nurse will be out on vacation until September 21st. During this time we will not be seeing patients and office hours will be limited. Our wonderful front office members will be available to answer phone calls and schedule for non-emergent appointments. Thank you for your understanding!
