On Friday, the North Dakota Supreme Court upheld the state's abortion ban, ruling it constitutional. The near-total abortion ban is again law in North Dakota.

The decision is another moment of whiplash in the years long battle for access. This ban had already pushed the state's last abortion provider across state lines. North Dakotans deserve access to safe, legal abortion in their home state, but care is still available nearby. Visit abortionfinder.org for more info.
