New Hope Early Learning Center

New Hope Early Learning Center is a non-profit licensed, PTQ level 3 child care facility for families of all income levels.

New Hope Early Learning Center (formerly The Nest at New Hope) is a non-profit licensed child care center that provides early childhood programming to underserved populations in Bloomington, Indiana, specifically to children touched by homelessness and extreme poverty. We help families gain stability by giving parents the resources they need to get back to work, and more importantly, we provide the intensive, targeted intervention these children need to be the members of their families to break the cycle of homelessness and poverty.

CDA Council Updates effective February 2, 2026.

NAEYC continues to be a strong partner with the National Council for Professional Recognition. The Council continues to work to increase the high-quality efficiency in the CDA Credentialing Process. INAEYC is excited to continue the work of being thought partners and for these updates to begin February 2026!

He is still going strong, 2.5 years after making his promise!

One of our board members, Mr. John Mitchell is now known as Mr. Keeps His Word with New Hope Early Learning Center staff!

Last August we had a staff retreat and he was a guest speaker. One of the things he said he was going to do was to bring donuts each Friday for all New Hope staff.

He has kept his word, over a year later, and we truly appreciate him for that!
