We received more than 2,100 nominations for 2025 CROSS Awards. While only five honorable mentions and five award winners were selected, we wanted to spotlight one of our own for being nominated: Founders Ridge's Registered Nurse, Gladys was nominated for the Operational Integrity Cross Award.

In 2025 there were over 2,100 nominations received for the CROSS Awards. Founders Ridge wants to highlight the employees that got nominated for the CROSS award of Operational Integrity. Those that are nominated for the Operational Integrity CROSS Award “Do What They Said They Would Do” by communicating openly and honestly, doing what is right because it is the right thing to do, and are guests in the homes of those they serve.

"Monica treats the residents as if they were her own family. She engages them in enriching activities and provides experiences that draw on their past memories, such as sharing family recipes. She fosters an inclusive, positive environment where everyone feels valued. Monica advocates for the Arbor residents by adjusting activity schedules to ensure they can participate in broader Founders Ridge events, such as musical performances. She has a remarkable ability to connect with memory care residents and brings genuine warmth to every interaction. It's clear that she cares deeply and is truly passionate about her work, it comes straight from the heart."

Founders Ridge gathered on Monday in reverent gratitude to honor the countless men and women who have dedicated their lives to serve our country. We mark in our hearts the unpayable debt they have paid to preserve our freedoms and the peace we enjoy.

Thank you Veterans for your service in time of peace and in time of war.

🎁 It’s the Final Countdown for Operation Christmas Child! 🎁

We’re almost there! Please bring your donation items to Founders Ridge by November 7th to help make a difference in a child’s life this Christmas.

A huge thank you to everyone who has already donated — thanks to your generosity, we now have enough items for 15 shoeboxes!

On November 12th, the Founders Ridge team will be packing the shoeboxes and dropping them off to be shipped around the world, spreading joy and hope to children in need. 🌍💖

If you’d like to add a personal touch, we’re also inviting you to write a short note or letter to include in the boxes — a simple message that can bring a big smile to a child’s face. 📝✨
