Over the past 12 days, we’ve had the joy of celebrating our incredible team with daily treats, surprises, and moments of appreciation. From small gestures to big smiles, this was our way of saying thank you for the compassion, dedication, and heart our staff brings every single day.

We wrapped up the celebration with a gift card drawing for the ornament-decorating for our employee Christmas tree — Congratulations to Meri, a server a Founders for winning! The ornaments added such a special, personal touch to our tree and truly reflected the creativity and spirit of our team.

We are so grateful for each and every one of you. Thank you for making this season — and our workplace — so bright. ❤️🎄

A huge thank you to our very own Ridgetone Choir for blessing us with such a beautiful Christmas concert today. Their voices filled the room with the spirit of the season and brought so many smiles to our faces. We are so fortunate to have such talented individuals right here in our community.

Friday was our Christmas Sweater Contest and Game Day, and let’s just say we do NOT play around when it comes to holiday spirit! The competition (and the fun 😉) was fierce. 🧶🔥

We were so blessed to host our friends from Normandale Hyland United Methodist Church this week! Their talented group shared the gift of music with our residents, filling our home with the timeless carols of the season.
