Gardant communities, including Evergreen Village, have a healthy incentive program called Smart Bucks. The activity calendar is notated with $ signs for any activity that promotes physical or mental stimulation. You receive your green "smart buck" upon completion. A healthy meal choice will also garner you a "smart buck". We have a quarterly sale where residents can spend their smart bucks. This sale is always very popular!

Evergreen Residents love to compete! Today we competed in the Area 10 Endwright Centers' 41st Anniversary 50+ Senior Games. Our chosen division was The Puzzle Challenge. Each table had the same puzzle of 60 pieces. We had 10 seconds to look at the "Picture of the puzzle" before the timed competition began. Evergreen residents are always winners! .

This year marks the 41st anniversary of the 50+ Senior Games. Today was the opening ceremony at Will Detmer Park. The opening ceremony started with a pledge of allegiance to the flag and a wonderful lunch sponsored by Babbs in Spencer. Then the Jungle games began! Evergreen Village residents love to participate and compete in this yearly, month-long event. We will be participating in many more upcoming events over the next few weeks.
