Evergreen Village at Bloomington

Evergreen Village at Bloomington Evergreen Village at Bloomington is a new senior lifestyle community designed to serve older adults in Monroe County and the surrounding areas.

This three-story building features 115 studio and one-bedroom apartments and has a full spectrum of services that help seniors embrace their independence. Conveniently located by the hospital, Evergreen Village provides easy access to restaurants, shopping, healthcare services and other amenities in the area. The property also connects to the bike trail and Jackson Creek Walking Trail, providing a tranquil setting for residents. The $22.6 million development opened in the spring of 2018 and serves seniors of all incomes, including those on Medicaid. Evergreen Village provides a wonderful residential alternative to a nursing home or to struggling alone at home. Residents will have the opportunity to:

- Live in a private apartment. Each of the apartments will feature a kitchenette, spacious bathroom and emergency alert system.

- Receive personal assistance and help with medications. Certified staff will be on-duty 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Support services such as three daily meals, housekeeping and laundry are also included.

- Enjoy the companionship of friends and neighbors and participate in social and recreational activities. The emphasis at Evergreen Village is on providing residents with the Love, Compassion & Dignity they deserve and on helping each resident maintain as much independence as possible for as long as possible.
