Look at this beautiful tummy tuck that was done with .plastic.surgery

This is why massages are so important; if not dealt with properly that could have stay and it would have been possible fibrosis(scar tissue) 😭

Sure, some can get away with not getting any massages…

But the ones that didn’t most likely have fibrosis, skin hanging, and little “rolls” that they didn’t have before or never went away with

Don’t risk your results and do what others did in their healing ❤️‍🩹

Everyone healing is different, and what worked for one person may not work for yours 🤷🏽‍♀️

Book those massages and stay consistent with compression 👏🏼👏🏼

Get yourself a boppy pillow!

I have been using a boppy pillow for years with my bbl girls, and they love it AND no bootys or hips have been harmed while using it 💅🏽👏🏼

I also love recommending using this for driving rather than that brick of steal that they recommend. It makes for a more comfortable experience.

But remember, it is only for short periods of time. This is not to sit on all day or for long periods of time.
