I came to be a massage therapist in part because of my own positive personal experience. As a chronic low back pain suffer for several years, I found that massage therapy was able to relieve my pain in a way that medication could not. I also found that massage therapy was a great training-aid to my passion for distance running. Massage therapy is also a wonderfully healthy way to relax, while doing something very positive for the body, mind and spirit, I invite you to experience what I have found by booking an appointment with me today.
