The Trident toy drive was a huge success! We still have 4 kids worth of gifts left to be dropped off! Our members did an amazing job this year with a record of 18 kids being helped! Thanks so much to everyone who helped with this and thanks to for putting this on every year 🔱

Let's talk about properly combining two movements into one! You want to make sure that the exercises don't limit your ability to perform the movements under proper load! Simply pushing two things together that don't compliment one another is just a waste of energy more than anything. However a well selected combo can be a great way to increase the challeng while saving a little time! 🔱
