A step in the right direction 👏

San Francisco just fired a shot heard across the food industry.

The city filed a landmark lawsuit against some of the biggest ultra-processed food companies, comparing their tactics to Big To***co, alleging deception, addiction-style product design, and marketing that helped drive a chronic disease and health care cost crisis.

Ultra-processed foods are formulated for hyper-palatability and overconsumption, then wrapped in “health halo” messaging that makes them look harmless, or even beneficial.

And the costs don’t land on the balance sheets of the companies selling them. They land on families, hospitals, and cities.

The industry response is always the same, “there’s no clear definition,” “we follow FDA standards,” “we’re offering better options.” Fine.

But here’s the real question, if the marketing is honest and the products are just normal food, why does it take cartoon mascots, kid-targeted campaigns, and constant spin to keep people hooked?

San Francisco is forcing accountability into the open.

And it’s long overdue.

The Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) has already been implicated in MS (multiple sclerosis), but research is connecting it to another autoimmune disease, as well—lupus erythematosus. “Dormant” EBV was present in 25 times the number of B cells in those with lupus than in those without. I am a certified psychedelic physician now. Unfortunately the only states so far licensing providers is Oregon and Colorado. Iowa is starting a medicinal pilot program as is New Mexico. This is an amazing tool and a possible game changer in the mental health field. It will eventually sweep through the US.

It is with a heavy heart that I announce the closing of Ohm Energy Medicine. The office will be open through the end of the year. The decision was difficult, but I am moving forward with a new adventure which will take me to St. John, USVI. For those of you receiving energy work only, there is nothing further that needs to be done. For those receiving some type of medical services, please obtain care from your primary care provider. An email will be sent to you over the next month officially notifying you of the closure with suggestions on where to seek certain types of care. However, these are not referrals, and it is your responsibility to find continuation of care. People providing services from rental spaces in my office are making their own arrangements. Please direct your questions to them. I know many of you will want to know the details of my move, but my plans are still solidifying. I will post more as I know more. As for supplements, I have posted links to create your own accounts in the past. I will do so again before the office closes. We will try to stay well stocked over the next 2 months. If you would like a larger quantity, we will place a special order for you and may limit quantity sold at one time until your order arrives. I hope I have addressed most questions. Please respect my privacy, my time, and the other patients’ time by limiting questions while in the office. Thank you.

Help me please! I believe I will be biased. In my continued search to use minimal chemicals, I came across this magnetic laundry system that states it cleans your clothes without detergent. They do say to spot treat as needed and use warm water. I did not. So I cut up a used towel and put ketchup, mustard, black tea, and olive oil on it. I let that sit for a few hours then rinsed it off. Each one of the four was washed differently - one in water only, one with magnets only, one with detergent only, and one with magnets and half the amount of detergent. I've used All free and clear for over a decade BTW. Please rank them in order from which you think looks the cleanest to the dirtiest. The numbers are in the first picture. Thank you!

🚨 The Connection Between COVID-19 Vaccines, Cognitive Impairment, and Psychiatric Disorders Including Homicidal and Suicidal Behaviors

Published June 7, 2025, the authors’ insights appear strikingly prophetic in light of later developments.

“In conclusion, there are unprecedented safety signals indicating an association between COVID-19 vaccination and the development of neuropsychiatric disorders. The effects of these biological products on maternal and fetal health are of great concern [40,41]. Our findings are worrisome for the future population risk for a variety of neuropsychiatric disorders including those affecting cognition and suicidal/homicidal behaviors. Additionally, population intelligence should be thoroughly assessed among vaccinated and unvaccinated groups. In the meantime, the COVID-19 vaccines should be immediately withdrawn from the market.”
