🎃👻 Halloween Door Decorating Contest Fun! 👻🎃

The halls of Goldwater Care Bloomington were alive with spooky creativity this Halloween! From eerie spiders to bubbling cauldrons, our teams went all out to deck their doors with festive flair. 🕸️🪄

🏆 First Place: Congratulations to our Director of Nursing, Heidi Lock, whose door—complete with a cauldron beside a spider-covered masterpiece—cast a spell on the judges!

🥈 Second Place: The chilling “It”-themed door that gave us all the goosebumps! 🎈😱

We’re so proud of everyone who joined in the Halloween spirit and helped make our community feel both festive and frightfully fun! 💛✨

🌟 Meet Our October Golden Heart Winner – Lori Lorance! 🌟
We’re thrilled to celebrate Lori, who joined Goldwater Care Bloomington on January 27th, 2025, as our night receptionist—and is now our October Golden Heart Award winner! 💛

Lori is a proud mom to her daughter, Josalynn, and has a sweet pup named Poppy at home. 🐾 Since joining our team, she’s learned so much about the care and dedication it takes to support our residents—and she always goes above and beyond to lend a helping hand.

✨ Lori shares that one of the best parts of her job is coming in each day to see our residents’ smiling faces. She also enjoys meeting families and has already built wonderful friendships here at Goldwater Care.
