At Hearthstone, we take making dreams come true seriously. That’s why, through Trilogy’s Live A Dream program, Celia flew from Indiana to Kansas City for an incredible Kansas City Chiefs experience at Arrowhead Stadium! Originally from Kansas, Celia is a lifelong Chiefs fan. Watching from a suite, she absorbed the noise of the stadium and smiled as we supported her arm so she could chant the Tomahawk Chop with the crowd.

After the game, Celia was taken out to dinner by Kansas City Chiefs defensive end George Karlaftis, while proudly wearing her Furious George T-shirt. The night included one more surprise when she also met Chiefs wide receiver JuJu Smith-Schuster!

The trip included a stay at the Loews Hotel and getting to enjoy Kansas City BBQ again.

As a Legacy resident at Hearthstone, Celia reminds us that the things you love, the teams you cheer for, and the dreams that matter to you never really go away. It was an incredible weekend.

We extend a special thank you to Husch Blackwell Kansas City for allowing Celia to enjoy the game from their suite, and to George Karlaftis and his fiancée, Kaia Harris, for their help in planning and hosting this Dream.

Our amazing staff also got to step into Halloween Town for this year’s ER3 Halloween Party! Team members came dressed in their best costumes, joined in on some frightful fun, and even had the chance to win exciting prizes! 🏆🕯️

🪸🐠 Under the Sea with Hearthstone’s Legacy Neighborhood! 🌊✨

Our Legacy Neighborhood made a splash this Halloween with their Under the Sea–themed party, diving into ocean fun, laughter, and plenty of smiles! 🐚💙

They were also visited by our Hearthstone Leadership Team, who swam in dressed as beloved Toy Story characters — from Woody and Bo Peep to Jessie and beyond! 🤠🚀

It was a magical mix of sea and story, with creativity, joy, and community shining through every wave. 🌟💫

Our Health Center residents stepped straight into the world of The Nightmare Before Christmas for our Halloween Party — greeted by Jack Skellington himself! 🎩🕷️

They feasted on spooky (and delicious!) treats made by our talented staff, residents, and Culinary Team, including Witch’s Brew Punch, Deviled Dragon Eggs, and Casper’s Cake Pops! These frightfully delicious treats were almost too cute to eat! 🍰✨

From eerie laughter to festive fun, it was a night to remember at Hearthstone Health Campus! 🕯️🎃

Congratulations to Betty C. for hitting the jackpot at our Casino Happy Hour! To celebrate, she won a $50 Lunch on the LED Coupon from the Enrichment Emporium! She used her ticket for a special dinner WITH Jess (at Betty's insistence!) at Texas Roadhouse, which was filled with delicious food, laughter, and plenty of fun stories. 💛

Our residents had an unforgettable adventure during our Third Annual Zoo Trip, celebrating both ZooBoo and our Captain’s Dinner Theme Week in true Hearthstone style! ⚓🐅

From seeing the animals up close to enjoying the festive Halloween fun around the zoo, it was a day full of laughter, discovery, and a little bit of spooky magic. ✨🎃

Our residents at Hearthstone Health Campus enjoyed a delicious outing to Golden Corral, where the buffet was bountiful and the smiles were even brighter! 😋💛

From hearty comfort foods to sweet desserts (and maybe a few extra rolls!), it was a day full of good company, great flavors, and laughter shared around the table. Everyone gave this Out and About a THUMBS UP! ❤️
