Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of others? Are you ready to take the lead in coordinating services in the housing placement industry? Living Hope Second Chance LLC (LHSC) is expanding and looking for dedicated Housing Stabilization Services Coordinators to join our team and help grow our department.

What We’re Offering:
Part-Time Position: Gross $23K+ annually

Full-Time Position: Gross $46K+ annually

Competitive pay based on experience and performance

Flexible, hybrid work opportunities: Create your own weekly schedule (in-office and remote)

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage housing stabilization services for individuals in need

Build and maintain strong relationships with housing property management teams in the community

Provide quality, professional support to underserved communities, including the homeless and those seeking sustainable, independent living

Collaborate with clients and community resources to ensure effective service delivery

Qualifications:

Experience supporting homeless communities and individuals needing independent living support

Familiarity with DHS (Department of Human Services) background requirements

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Excel (preferred but not required)

Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills
