We had the sweetest time celebrating Valentine’s Day with our amazing community partners! 💕 From warm cups of hot cocoa to creative crafting and lots of laughter, it was a day filled with connection and appreciation.

🏅❄️ Stonecroft Goes for Gold! ❄️🏅

We’re getting into the Olympic spirit at Stonecroft Health Campus! This season, our amazing Therapy Team brought the excitement straight to our community with our very own Curling Competition! 🥌✨

Residents had a blast cheering, competing, and showing off their skills on our “ice.” From teamwork to friendly competition, it was a gold-medal kind of day! 🥇

We love finding creative ways to keep our residents active, engaged, and having FUN — and this event was definitely podium-worthy!
