Good morning, friends.

Tomorrow morning is the last Restorative yoga class for the year. Sad, I know. However, you still have one more opportunity to sink into yourself and find what it means for you to practice rest.

All props are provided. All you have to do is show up. You can choose to pay $8, $13, or $18 for class. Let's move into this season with more rooted awareness.

Our final class of the Body & Soul Yoga Journey is on Wednesday, November 1, at 6-7:15 pm!

Join us for High Vibrations: Body & Soul R&B Yoga, a gentle flow inspired by the Crown Chakra, the center of wisdom and spiritual connection. Set to soulful R&B sounds from Cleo Sol and Sault, this class blends meditation, breathwork, and soft movement to help you surrender and reconnect with your higher self.

I'm hosting a grief gathering called The Mourning Den on the third Tuesday of every month from 6-7pm. It's free, online, and includes somatic practices, prompts for sharing, and breathwork. Flyers are attached below.

You do not have to share in session.
You do not have to have your camera on.

This is a space for all forms of loss or transition, past, present, or anticipated. Whether you are grieving a person, a breakup, an identity shift, a job, a pet, a physical change, or societal issues like climate change or oppression, you're welcome here to be held in community.
