I need to practice Myofascial bodywork techniques and am looking for someone to be a guinea pig. Preferably one person but im open to a couple if that’ll fill the spots. I may be working legs, hips, neck, side body, or shoulders.

You must be able to commit to one or more of the following days and times for 60 mins:

1/23 - 12 pm
1/28 - 12 pm, 2 pm
2/4 - 1:30 pm

Tomorrow morning is the last Restorative yoga class for the year. Sad, I know. However, you still have one more opportunity to sink into yourself and find what it means for you to practice rest.

All props are provided. All you have to do is show up. You can choose to pay $8, $13, or $18 for class. Let's move into this season with more rooted awareness.
