I found a new way to protect my Brain.

I do a lot to protect the Command Center and Communication Center for the whole body.

I was amazed at the immediate increase in sleep quality by wearing a light weight beanie at night!

We don't have WiFi on, we live in a standalone home. The neighbors' WiFi signal was weak to moderate in 2 bedrooms. I hadn't realized how much it was affecting us all.

Specific Easy Wins for Self Care:
1 Seated- tighten your glutes, bend forward and come up, 2x.
2 Standing, same as above but standing.
3 Go outside between 10am-2pm, look at the sun with eyelids closed. 1-2 minutes, resets your circadian rhythm.

Twelve Antidepressant Nutrients relate to the prevention and treatment of depressive disorders: Folate, iron, long-chain omega-3 fatty acids (EPA and DHA), magnesium, potassium, selenium, thiamine, vitamin A, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, vitamin C, and zinc. The highest scoring foods were bivalves such as oysters and mussels, various seafoods, and organ meats for animal foods. The highest scoring plant foods were leafy greens, lettuces, peppers, and cruciferous vegetables.
