We recently celebrated a signing day for the Heartland Community College RN apprentices! 🎉

This cohort of second-year nursing students joined us in August and is gaining hands-on experience at OSF St. Joseph Medical Center while completing their degree.

These future nurses get:
💰 Fully funded, OSF HealthCare-sponsored tuition
🏥Four paid clinical experience hours per week, along with a biweekly apprenticeship stipend
🎓 Post-grad progression into a registered nurse position at OSF St. Joseph, with ongoing support in our transition to practice program

We are proud of this team and grateful for our collaboration with Heartland Community College!
