Current primary care patients may contact our on-call provider as needed. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please go to the nearest emergency room or call 911 immediately.

Heads up, Together Friends! Our office will be closed for the rest of November due to construction. We’ll reopen December 1st with fresh updates to our space.

During this time:

• Telehealth Only: All scheduled appointments will be done by phone until December 1st.
• Labs / IVs / Injections: If you have one scheduled, we’ll give you a call to coordinate.
• Feeling Sick? Primary care patients can still reach our on-call provider by calling 570-238-9080 or sending a message through the patient portal. We’re here for you.

As a thank you for your flexibility, every active member will receive a punch card for 5 free healing modality sessions when we reopen.

We appreciate your understanding while we make improvements to better serve you. We can’t wait to reopen at the start of December and show you what we’ve been working on. 💓

Reminder that we are closed this week due to construction 🚧 Plans are to open partially for patient care next week.

Due to our facility being under construction, all of our healing modality services will be closed for the month of November. If you have a subscription for these services, it will be paused.

Our estimated re-opening for these services will be the beginning of December, but as with any construction project, that is a rough estimate! 🚧 Keep an eye out for more information 👀
