Heads up, Together Friends! Our office will be closed for the rest of November due to construction. We’ll reopen December 1st with fresh updates to our space.

During this time:

• Telehealth Only: All scheduled appointments will be done by phone until December 1st.
• Labs / IVs / Injections: If you have one scheduled, we’ll give you a call to coordinate.
• Feeling Sick? Primary care patients can still reach our on-call provider by calling 570-238-9080 or sending a message through the patient portal. We’re here for you.

As a thank you for your flexibility, every active member will receive a punch card for 5 free healing modality sessions when we reopen.

We appreciate your understanding while we make improvements to better serve you. We can’t wait to reopen at the start of December and show you what we’ve been working on. 💓

Due to our facility being under construction, all of our healing modality services will be closed for the month of November. If you have a subscription for these services, it will be paused.

Our estimated re-opening for these services will be the beginning of December, but as with any construction project, that is a rough estimate! 🚧 Keep an eye out for more information 👀

✨ “Together For Health & Wellness - The Renovation Era” 🚧

We are loving every moment of growing, healing, and moving together - but even the strongest hearts need time to rest and rebuild. So, we’re pressing pause while our space transforms into something even more beautiful, grounded, and intentional.

Consider this our Renovation Era 🙌🏻a season of reflection, redesign, and a few well-earned deep breaths.

While our renovation is in full-swing our office will be closed, Monday, November 3rd through Friday, November 7th. During this time, our primary care patients will continue to have access to our on-call providers. As always, if you experience a medical emergency, please go to the nearest emergency room or call 911.

When we return, it’ll be with new energy, a refreshed space, and that same heart that’s always been the soul of Together for Health & Wellness. Final renovations should be completed around the end of November - but we'll be open partially during the rest of November. 🤞🏻

We will be at the Bloomsburg Fair Farmers Market this Saturday morning for Trunk or Treat! Come say hi 👋🏻

This week marks our last regular season Farmers Market of the year! We will be having a Trunk or Treat during market hours this Saturday with trunks set up throughout the market along with vendors handing out candy. 🎃🍬

☃️ Our Winter Market kicks off November 22nd - Winter Markets will be held once a month until Spring.

Come stock up, trunk or treat, and support your local vendors!

Free Parking - Free Admission - Leashed Dog Friendly
