Job Summary
Provides care to patients undergoing surgery by assisting with patient preparation and by circulating for various surgical procedures.
Provides post operative care to patients who underwent anesthesia for surgical procedures.
Job Duties:
• Directs and coordinates nursing activities within assigned operating room.
• Monitors, recovers, and assures safe discharge of patents who had undergone surgery in the PACU environment.
• Observes, interprets, documents and reports signs indicative of changes in patient's condition.
• Maintains compliance with the system policies and procedures, all nursing standards of care and practice, to include all regulatory agency requirements.

SVMS Patients
It’s almost that time of year! SVMS has four flu clinics in September and October to be held at our Stanley Center.

The scheduled flu clinics are all 8:15 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and 1:15 p.m. to 3:15 p.m. The dates we have chosen so far are 9/14/22, 9/21/22, 9/23/22 and 10/4/22. We do offer both the regular dose and for our senior patients the high dose.

Primary Operator to this multi-specialty campus for inbound calls. Screening each call to determine appropriate point of contact. Operates in house paging system to locate personnel when necessary.
Provides directions to campus or to outside referral sources.
Assistant to patient billing, prior authorization and medical record departments.
Assortment of assigned duties from each department and any miscellaneous help when necessary. Examples such as: Scanning medical records, applying messages to patient accounts regarding billing, calling patients to give detail to a specialist appointment time and place.
Stamping and prepping all outgoing mail.

Representative handles patient accounts at multi-specialty medical campus located in Bloomsburg, PA.

Preferred one year experience with patient statements and overdue medical accounts. Set up and collect on payment plan and credit card agreements. Post incoming patient payments and office copayments. Prepare daily or weekly deposits of patient cash and checks. Make reminder follow up phone calls to collect on past due accounts. Answer patient inquiries on balances due. Processing of aged past due accounts through local county courts when necessary. Analyze patient accounts for patient overpayments or refunds. Other miscellaneous job duties when necessary.

Job description
Bassetts Catering is seeking a full or part time catering coordinator for lunch and special events. We are looking for a person for our lunch catering events who is available at least 3 possibly up to 5 days a week.* Must have at least 1 year prior food catering experience (references required) * Must have a valid license and photo id * Must be able to lift 30 pounds * Must be friendly and have customer oriented manners at all times * Attention to detail is a must.

Details:

* Start time is usually around 9 am (sometimes earlier depending on event start time) * End time is usually around 3-4 pm (sometimes 1 hour earlier or later depending on event end time)

Certified Mammography Technologist Full-time/Part-time

The Mammography technologist administers ionizing radiation when performing screening and/or diagnostic mammograms according to established protocols. The Mammography technologist demonstrates an understanding of breast anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology as they relate to the procedure. Maintains a high degree of accuracy in breast positioning, exposure techniques, and subsequent evaluation of imaging parameters to optimize patient imaging and care while adhering to radiation protection and safety standards. The mammography technologist integrates technical skills, patient interaction, and care to obtain viable diagnostic information as ordered by the physician. The technologist utilizes independent professional judgment and critical thinking to obtain the resultant diagnostic information when possible and seeks direction from a MQSA qualified interpreting physician or lawful institutional policies (or standards of care) to continue or discontinue the exam. The Mammography technologist remains sensitive to the physical, cultural and emotional needs of the patient through good communication, patient assessment, patient monitoring, and patient care skills in a non-judgmental and non-discriminatory manner. The Mammography technologist participates in quality improvement processes and continually assesses their professional performance. Comprehends the complexities of appropriate state and federal regulations and have knowledge of the quality control and quality assurance requirements for mammography.
