An incredible fall retreat season has wrapped up. The changing of the leaves, the cooling temperatures, the softness in the air, and the lovely souls and groups that filled the space. Mother Nature continues to awe with her cycles, wisdom, grace, and flow. We are filled with immense gratitude for it all. 🍁🍂💞

At a recent retreat, shared a cooking class. He shared how to make Ginger Salad dressing from scratch as well as how to make Thai Curry. Behind it all, we were reminded that the secret ingredient in all the food he makes is LOVE. When it is prepared with love for those that you love, it will be delicious.
