There are sayings we have all heard.
'when one door shuts, another opens. ' or
'that chapter of your life is done and look forward to your new chapter '.

The problem that noone talks about is, if we don't heal and grow in our current 'room' or 'chapter ' we bring all of our 'junk' with us. When we bring all of our 'junk' with us to the next chapter, we repeat, and repeat all the old stuff and it feels like we're stuck, reliving the past chapters of our life.
We have to deal with the pain and the growth from that pain to really close that door or chapter in our life to start our new chapter and open that new door.
