New on the Blog: Hyperthermia & Cancer Care

We talk a lot about supporting the terrain during cancer treatment. One therapy that plays a meaningful role in many of our care plans is hyperthermia.

Hyperthermia uses controlled, therapeutic heat to:

Our new IV suite is now welcoming patients Monday-Friday for High-Dose Vitamin C and IV Mistletoe infusions—two cornerstone therapies in integrative oncology.

High-Dose Vitamin C functions as a redox modulator, supporting healthy oxidative signaling while promoting mitochondrial efficiency and tissue oxygenation. In higher concentrations, it can act selectively as a pro-oxidant in the tumor microenvironment, helping the body reduce inflammation and metabolic stress.

IV Mistletoe helps regulate immune response, enhance natural killer-cell activity, and improve overall vitality. It is frequently used to reduce fatigue, nausea, and other side effects associated with conventional treatments, while also helping to restore balance within the immune-neuro-endocrine network.

Together, these infusions support the body’s internal terrain by strengthening resilience, improving cellular communication, and creating conditions less favorable to cancer progression.

We've moved in and are ready to roll, but please pardon any mess you encounter, as it is still a work in progress.

With air purifiers, low-WiFi exposure, Ophora water filtration, grounding mats on infusion chairs, and organic cotton patient materials. Dr. Jamie and her team are working hard to create a low-toxicity space for healing. We and are excited to welcome you to the NEW CIOFM.
