We are thrilled to recognize Francis as our Employee of the Month! Francis works in our Memory Care community, and his passion for his residents shines every single day. He often shares how much he loves coming to work—and it truly shows.

Francis brings joy everywhere he goes. Whether he’s making people laugh or getting residents up to dance with him, he has a special gift for creating meaningful, heart-warming moments. We feel incredibly lucky to have welcomed him to our community this past July.

When Francis isn’t at work sharing his positive energy, he enjoys watching and playing soccer, and cherishes spending time with his kids and grandkids.
