Blue Bell Eye Care & Surgery is seeking a motivated and experienced ophthalmic technician/scribe, whose primary duty will be to workup patients, obtain history and document exam findings. Applicant is required to have excellent computer & communication skills and work within a team centered approach. We use EMA/Modernizing Medicine and will train to use.

Other duties will include - performing diagnostic tests (visual field, OCT, fundus camera); front desk tasks such as scheduling patients, obtaining referrals and prior authorizations from insurances, coordinating appointments with other doctor offices.

Looking for one who is willing to learn and grow within a unique and fun practice, in a pleasant and friendly work atmosphere. As we are a patient focused practice, our strength is to provide the best individual care while staying on schedule, where the patient is seen on time and office flow is smooth within a calm atmosphere.

Need part-time flexibility, 24-32hrs/week.
