Yesterday, some of our Delta leaders spent the day in Atlantic City attending the New Jersey Association of Community Providers - NJACP conference, standing alongside fellow providers who share the same commitment to supporting individuals with IDD and Autism.

The work we do doesn’t stop at our programs. It continues in conversations, collaboration, and advocacy that help strengthen services and opportunities for the individuals we support every day.

After a full day of important discussions and learning, the team ended the evening sharing a meal together at Hell's Kitchen a chance to pause, connect, and reflect on the work that brings us all together.

At Delta, we are proud of leaders who continue to show up, speak up, and work together to move our field forward.
