Opener trolley had two broken pieces off of it. It could have been avoided if the company that installed the door and opener would have done it correctly in the first place along with the missing (never installed) screws on the hinges and truss bars.
New opener trolley tighten the chain and hung the opener two more times from the steel rafters.

I am good... but I'm no 🔒 smith. This is first time I've ever seen a lock core ground with a grinder so it would fit the cylinder. This was at a new store that opened up yesterday so the doors & locks are all brand new. However their key was stuck in the lock. I got The job done with a new lock core from the store and a lock cylinder off of my truck. Kind of cheapo door hardware so they kind of got what they paid for but that lock core should have never been ground as that pin is what holds it into the lock cylinder.
