Due to Covid19 it is not safe to reopen. However, massage, spas, beauty salons, nail salons, barber shops and other wellness and personal grooming businesses are reopening because they do not qualify for unemployment, the paycheck protection program or other government funding. Many in the industry are the sole providers for their families and are in a difficult position. Stay at home for the safety of their families, themselves and their clients or go to work because they can't afford not to. May 1st is world's largest tip day

Most adults benefit from massages but did you know premature babies do too? According to the National Center for Health, about 14% of babies born in the United State are born premature. "Weight gain, promote and strengthen their different organ systems, helps with sleep to develop their sleep routine and a lot of time preterm babies are unorganized coming out of the womb and it helps their behavior state," said Sanford Child Life Specialist, Michelle Finneman.
Finneman says there is numerous benefits of infant massage including bonding.
The infant massage study shows the premature babies given massage gained weight faster and also were discharged before the other babies in the study.
