I am thrilled to announce the promotion of Chelsea Green to Assistant Clinical Director.
Since joining Blue Skies ABA as a student analyst in 2023 she has been a vital part of our clinical team. Her dedication to high-quality ABA therapy and her leadership in mentoring staff has been instrumental in our success.
In this new role, Chelsea will work closely with the Clinical Director, Deborah Hodgdon to:
• Provide direct mentorship and clinical guidance to our BCBAs and RBTs.
• Assist in managing daily clinic operations to ensure the best outcomes for our families.

Feeling Grateful

This was a wonderful, crazy, busy week full of firsts - first time trying a new food, first time using pictures to communicate, first time using speech to request something, first time graduating to a new level in our program for severe challenging behavior. I am so proud of both our kids and our parents who have had their own firsts this week.

None of this would be possible without our fantastic staff. For each of these amazing moments, there is often hundreds of hours working towards this moment.
