Mineral Springs Center, Inc provides community access services to adults with ID/DD with the focus on prioritizing independence, purpose, and meaning as defined by each individual. Vision Statement:
Lives filled with confidence, acceptance, laughter, challenges, achievements,
friends, and opportunities to be active members of a community who values each individual’s abilities and companionship. are as follows:
 To provide needed and desired services to people with developmental disabilities.
 To assist and support people with developmental disabilities to live and participate in their own community.
 To assist people with developmental disabilities in the acquisition of skills and competencies that will further their growth and independence.
 To enable people with developmental disabilities and their families or guardians to effectively use all available resources to achieve growth and maximum independence.
 To assist people with developmental disabilities to have roles in their lives that will provide them with dignity and respect as community members.
 To provide people with developmental disabilities choices in how they want to direct their lives and to provide support in making those choices possible.
 To support people with developmental disabilities and their families or guardians in advocating for their rights.
 To support people with developmental disabilities to live lives of purpose and meaning. Values
We believe:
 That people with developmental disabilities should be integrated members of the community which includes having access to all its services as well as sharing in the responsibilities of being a community member.
 That all people with whom Mineral Springs Center comes in contact should be treated with dignity and respect whether that person is an individual served, a relative or guardian of an individual served, a staff member, or a representative of another agency, etc.
 In being flexible whenever needed and possible in order to meet the needs of individuals served.
 In conducting on-going internal and external evaluations of MSC operations and our attitudes in order to make continuous quality improvements in both our service delivery system and our organizational management.
 In having an array of service options to meet the various needs and choices of individuals served.
 In keeping our building in the best condition possible and maintaining state-of-the-art competencies for our staff.

MSC is hiring for a full-time Direct Support Professional (DSP) position working with groups of adults with developmental disabilities. The days and hours will typically be 8:00 am-4:00 pm, Monday-Friday.

Benefits include sick leave, vacation leave, and 13 paid holidays per year. Also included is life insurance, dental and vision insurance, and access to telehealth through AFLAC. You become eligible for 401-k retirement after 1 year of employment. Starting pay is $15.00 per hour.

Job requirements are:
• 18 years old or older
• High School Diploma or GED
• Must pass criminal background fingerprint check, TB screening and drug screen
• Must have a clean Motor Vehicle report and a valid driver’s license
