We’ve got a lot to celebrate this week at KidStrong—because it’s SHOWCASE WEEK! 🥳

This is the moment our kids get to shine and show off all the skills they’ve been working on. We’re so proud of the growth we’ve witnessed over the course of this challenge—and we think you will be, too!

Over the last few weeks, our kids developed:

🌟 BRAVERY & GRIT. Pushing through challenges and finding the courage to keep going.
🌟 PROBLEM SOLVING SKILLS. Thinking critically, working together and finding creative solutions.
🌟 ANATOMY KNOWLEDGE. Building body control and coordination.
🌟 ATHLETICISM. Improving strength, balance and movement.

Through athletic challenges, kids learn focus, patience and how to keep a positive mindset even when things get tough.

This week at KidStrong, we’re spotlighting how sports skills build mental strength and emotional regulation—key ingredients for confidence and leadership!

Our one-of-a-kind curriculum includes:

Sports skills and athletic development come with a host of benefits for the body, like improved motor skills, more strength and greater coordination.

They also teach kids some of the most fundamental life skills, like teamwork, resilience and self confidence.

This week at KidStrong, we’re spotlighting sports skills that support kids on their journey to becoming strong, independent leaders. Our expert-developed curriculum includes:

⚾ Throwing and catching to level up hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness.
🏃 Athletic movement that promotes endurance, body control and confidence.
💨 Reaction speed training to enhance athletic performance and motor skill development.

At KidStrong, our movement-based challenges during the KidStrong Fall Challenge help kids develop the next level of coordination, strength and resilience—all while having a whole lot of fun.

At KidStrong, we make problem solving fun through age-appropriate skill-building activities developed by experts. We’re talking:
