Today is Thursday!! BLING meets at 7PM!

The holidays are getting closer - we can struggle with the pressure to be grateful when our heart is hurting. We will be focusing on forgiveness for the next couple weeks that can lead into a grateful heart.

Are you struggling with self-confidence, self-esteem, relationships, or just want to meet with other ladies to come alongside you with life issues? BLING is the group for you! Weekly sessions consist of check-ins on your week, a small crafts or activity, peer feedback, and goal setting in a therapeutic environment.

BLING (Brave Ladies Invested -N Growing) is a therapeutic group that meets on Thursday evenings at 7PM in Blue Springs! The cost is $15. (to keep cost low, I do not bill insurance for this group) We would love to have you join us!

Happy Veterans Day! I truly support and appreciate all veterans. I appreciate your service for my freedoms. I also appreciate the sacrifice your families have made for your service.

Today I honor my hero, my dad! His servant heart started by serving our country at a young age but he continued his life through serving others with all his heart. A lot of you expierenced his service in the ways he served - mostly through his handy work of fixing anything that broke. As his daughter, I seen firsthand how he served others but his heart was serving his family. I miss him in so many ways.

My mind wandered to the thought recently of how it will be as a parent to see your child run into the arms of God. I promise you this one thing Dad, you will see me run into His arms and then I will be turning around to find yours!!

Would there be any interest in a parenting support group?

It would be a therapeutic group. Meet once a week - thinking of Tuesday mornings about 10AM.
