UPDATE!

Hello Elevate family! I want to let you all know of some upcoming changes to our office hours. We will be out of office from April 1st - April 11th. Beginning on April 15th, when we open back up, I will be limiting my hours until further notice. As most of you know we are not open on Mondays so Tuesdays and Wednesdays will be the only days affected. Tuesdays we will be open from 10am - 4pm (won't be closing for lunch) and on Wednesdays we will be open from 9am -12pm and 3pm - 5:30pm. Thursdays and Fridays will remain at 9am - 1pm like usual. We understand this may be hard for some schedules but we hope to be able to work with all our patients as much as possible to find out a good plan. Thank you for your understanding!

Little things in life make a BIG difference for your spine. Try not to put your wallet, phone, or keys in your back pocket while you're sitting. Sitting on your wallet could cost you more than you realize. When you tilt your pelvis to one side, you start to round your back instead of sitting upright.
