BROGA: Men's Yoga Basics - Monthly Class 🪬
This 75-min intro class is designed for men who want to Feel Better & Move Better by learning how to practice basic yoga poses, foundational movements, and intro breathwork meditation. Guys Only - all levels are welcome, including beginners!
Fellas, this is your chance to learn and practice basic yoga postures in a relaxed and chill studio environment. Yoga has many great health benefits, such as increasing overall flexibility, joint range of motion, and mobility. It can also help build muscle strength, increase circulation, and improve body balance while alleviating tension and stress. Breathwork is an essential part of a yoga practice. In this offering, you will also learn breathing techniques that can help you decompress, alleviate anxiety, and become deeply relaxed. This yoga flow class includes warming sun salutations, deep stretching, balancing, and strength poses connected to the breath. Ending class with a rejuvenating resting pose, mindful body scan meditation, and a cool essential oil spa towel.
Afterward, hang out with your yogi bros in the TW Den while enjoying light snacks, infused water, herbal tea & local craft beers. BYOB! Non-alcoholic drink options are also available.
