We elevate busy professionals, who want to look better, lose weight, have more energy, and feel more confident in their own skin. Our clients are held accountable, get stronger, increase energy, feel confident in their own skin, and learn how to lose weight without starving and doing a bunch of cardio. Unlike other personal trainers at big box gyms and fitness classes, which are not personalized, our clients aren't lost in a big group of people or given a cookie cutter program. Our beautiful and amazing Stacey lost 40 lbs and made fitness and healthy nutrition her lifestyle again!

Many times, we just need to get back the motivation and routine that we lost. Then once we’re in the groove again, there’s no stopping us!

Join us in shining the spotlight on one of our amazing clients, Josh!

Josh joined not too long ago but has absolutely been thriving at Elevation! In this photo he is doing a whopping 165lbs on hamstring curls!!! Josh has really enjoyed our 6 week strength challenge and has looked forward to going up on his weights every week!

He has also lost over 23 lbs in 11 weeks without starving or crazy intense workouts! We love helping clients like Josh!

He absorbs everything like a sponge and we as trainers can all see him coming into his own and getting stronger! Great job, Josh!

Do a BUNCH of cardio and barely eat!! You’ll probably lose 10-15 lbs pretty quickly!

And 95% of it will be muscle, so you’ll be a flabbier, more tired, weak, and skinny-fat version of yourself, but hey, at least the scale went down, right?

No. Just no. That’s a great way to start menopause sooner and make your bones chalky and dusty.

A woman wakes up, slams a cup of coffee, and heads to the gym for her cardio fitness class.

What happens: cortisol raises higher than normal due to caffeine only, the hypothalamus can’t keep up, and her muscle wastes away from the lack of food and only cardio.

We don’t live in the 80’s and 90’s anymore, people! Strong and Powerful over Skinny and Weak.

Solution? Wake up, slam your coffee with some protein powder in it or with a half a banana and head to the gym for some warm up walking and LIFT WEIGHTS!!

We want to give a HUGE shout out and shine the spotlight on one of our members with a very unique story. Just about 8 weeks ago Vicky gave us all a scare and ended up having emergency surgery after some scar tissue decided to completely block her bowels. This is actually a fairly common situation with many seniors. After surgery, some of the trainers paid her a visit in the hospital and were able to be there when the physical therapist was working with her. We were SO proud to hear her therapist talk about how surprised she was at how good of shape Vicky was in and how well she was moving around. She said she set herself up to recover 100x faster than someone else her age and she has even seen this condition end up causing the patient to go downhill fast. It made us coaches so proud and so happy for all of the work she had put in at the gym to cause her to set herself up to live longer for her family.

Going along with this, Vicky had voiced her concern about how much time she had to take off and how she had "lost all of the progress that she had made". We told her to trust her body and know it is going to come back WAY faster than how long it took to initially get in the shape she was in pre-surgery. It took some time and patience with her body but Vicky is back in the gym and is sitting at about 90% of where she was pre-surgery! We are so proud of her and all the work she has put in, the trust she has given us and the care she has taken of her body.

It goes to show you, staying active, the older you get is so important!! Coach Tiffany always says "If you don't use it, you lose it!" That could not be more true! There are no excuses. There is no reason you can't stay active. Not only staying active, but participating in weight lifting and strength training will help your body not only recover faster but have better balance and less chance for injury in the future.

If you lose weight on a diet and then gain it back, then no…it didn’t work for you…it was a diet fail. Do something that has long term vibes or at least teaches you how to eat long term!
