For Cowboy Month the ladies cooked for the men. These wonderful ladies made cowboy casserole, garlic toast and brownies. The men were very happy! Lots of smiles and love!

Higginsville High School's FBLA class stopped by to join us for some fun. We had crafts & Drum Ball Fitness, followed by Musical Clothing! So much fun, shoutout to these outstanding students and the joy they brought to our lovely residents!

Happy Veterans Day! What a wonderful day to celebrate all our men and women who sacrifice their lives for our freedom. We want to thank you for your service. The veterans had a big day we started off with the American Legion coming and had a flag ceremony and then Luminos Hospice came at lunch and had a beautiful ceremony. I want to thank them for making our veterans feel very special. And we finished our week off going to the American Legion for a Veterans Luncheon. Again I would like to thank our Veterans for their service.

Men Cook Dinner Day! So, I got the men in the kitchen. It was very entertaining I learned why the men don’t cook (smiles)but most of all I got to hear stories. Brought back a lot of good memories. The ladies said the meal was delicious! I believe the men had a good time and a few good laughs. Lots of smiles and love!
