Strength training is a majority of what rehab requires.
It goes beyond exercise though. The guidance, feedback, and support is what gives direction to the rehab process.
By utilizing the body’s ability to adapt to different levels of stimulus we can great lasting, physiological changes. These changes are what give your body its function and capacity.
Whether your goal is to walk up stairs without laboring, returning to sports or lifting, or being able to go on the family hiking trip… this is how we get you there.
We typically end the session with some feel-good treatment whether it be dry needling, scraping, cupping, massage, or adjustments.
