Multi-Sport Monday is for kids of all abilities. We focus on one or two sports each class, then play fun games and drills that lead into playing those sports. Each week is different and perfect for the athlete that loves to try new things!

Multi-Sport Monday will take place on Mondays from 7:00-8:00 pm beginning January 12- March 2.

Bring a friend and join us for this great FREE class!

Wheelchair Basketball is BACK and is still FREE to play!

Games/practices will be held on Saturdays beginning January 10 through March 7 in the mornings at the following times:

Elementary Group - 9:00-10:30 am
Middle/High School Group- 10:30 am - Noon

We will be placing a big focus on skill development this season- especially dribbling. Fun is ALWAYS a first priority!

Don’t regularly use a wheelchair? No problem! We have 8 sports wheelchairs in various sizes and everyone is welcome to play! Encourage your friends and family to join you!

Our athletes will have a short performance at 6:30. They have worked hard and we can’t wait to see their routine! Thank you for all of your hard work cheer athletes, coaches and parents.

Want to see some AMAZING wheelchair basketball?? You’re in luck!

The will be playing in Ogden on November 22-23.

Last Saturday, our Adaptive Arena Cheer Teams competed in the Fall Fest Cheer Competition. Our team is brand new this year and they performed beautifully. We are proud of their hard work. Well done cheer athletes- we are so impressed!

We want to thank our athletes, their parents and our coaches for all of their support and hard work. WE LOVE YOU! ❤️💙❤️

Did you know we have an Adaptive Arena Cheer Team? We love getting to work with them! They are fun, they work hard and they are ready for their first cheer competition!

Want to see them in action? This Saturday (11/8), doors open to the public at 9:00 am at the Zion’s Bank Training Center in Herriman, Utah. Come cheer them on our athletes and the other cheer programs performing this weekend!

🎃👻HAPPY HALLOWEEN from Adaptive Arena! 👻🎃

What a month of celebrations! We partied with you all at the Mascot Miracles Halloween event, the Bluffdale Trunk or Treat, Super Cars for Super Kids and our own parties with Cheer, Wheelchair Basketball and Multi-Sport Monday.

We love getting to celebrate with these awesome athletes and their awesome families. Stay safe, have FUN and Happy Halloween! 🎃

Monday, October 27 is our LAST Multi-Sport Monday of the season! We’ve had so much fun with you and your athletes!

We’re going to do a Halloween-themed class- feel free to wear your costumes as long as you can play in them! We’ll have the Photo Booth out, give out some awards and play Halloween-style games!

Registration for Winter sports will begin around Thanksgiving!
