We as women want to be enough. As I work with women, I hear them say I just want to be enough. I know there have been many times I've said this over the years myself.

Our souls want to be complete.

Knowing who you are…..ALL the parts of you, is FREEING.

You are more than a woman.

You are more than a wife or mom.

You are that little girl who sometimes gets scared.

You are that wise one who knows what to do and can see all the steps.

You are that wild woman who wants to have fun, be daring and go for your dreams.

YOU are all of these!

It’s safe to be seen as ALL of these.

Learning how to identify, heal and incorporate all these pieces of you can give you:
💜 Peace in who you are
💜 To Embrace that YOU are ENOUGH

I love being a mom. I really DO!!!

BUT I didn’t always want to be a mom.
The thought of labor and medical things scared me.

Maybe you can relate.

Yes, I had all the programming, it was what I was supposed to do.

It was the next step in life.

HOWEVER, I wasn’t thrilled about it. I didn’t know what you did with a baby. I hardly ever babysat and I didn’t love it when I did. I was the youngest in my family and I was never around babies….They SCARED ME!

Here I am married and expected to have a family. YIKES!!!

Now I know some of you are judging me because it's the only thing you’ve ever wanted to do and that's great for you!, but I legit didn’t want to have kids!

Then I had my first and it was super hard, the delivery, the colic, not knowing what I was doing. So I thought that's it, I’m DONE! But God has a sense of humor and sent my daughter real quick like 15 months quick! She was a surprise!!! And lucky for me a much easier baby and I really did enjoy being a momma and snuggling my babies.

It would have been nice if someone would have prepared me for all the changes that will happen…

To you,

To your body,

To brain,

I was so numb and dissociated for months!

And even if you aren’t able have children, you're still in this phase at one point in life.

Can YOU love that side of you too?

It took me a while.

We really can learn to love this part of ourselves too. We CAN!!!

AND if we don’t we are missing out on the beautiful CREATION AND MANIFESTING energy or co-creation with God. It isn’t just about creating a life, a baby…

IT’S about creation of ANY KIND.

Sometimes the little girl within me just wants to play and have fun…NO responsibility!

Sometimes she wants to hide…

Sometimes she is embarrassed and feels ashamed…

AND sometimes she is really, really happy!😁🤩

When you think of the younger you, what does she feel like for you today?

SHE STILL LIVES IN YOU!!! And some days she’s even running the show.

I used to get so angry at my younger self. She was so irresponsible, so winy, and really irritating to deal with. I wanted her to grow up or go away. The reality is she will never go away. SHE is a part of me. And although I don’t let that side of her run the show much anymore, I do from time to time acknowledge her and her feelings. I acknowledge that she did the best she could for what she knew at the time. I acknowledge that she had really great teachings I want to keep and some teaching that aren’t serving me well that I want to let go of.

All in all, I love this part of myself too. 💖

Week two is learning to love The Girl within - the part of you that is fun and playful because we all know life can get serious sometimes and she can help soften this.

How do generational patterns show up in your life today?

REALLY, have you ever paid attention to what generational patterns that are coming through for you?

As much as you can have blue eyes and blonde hair passed on in DNA and look like your mom or brown hair and green eyes and like you dad, you can also have trauma or patterns from a grandma passed on from her life through the DNA.

We have YEARS of programming that says what we should or shouldn’t be.

THIS can contribute to why you show up in certain ways in one aspect of life or not show up like you wish in others.

As a woman do you feel shame for your body? Shamed for not being like so and so?

Maybe your belief is that women are treated like property. I literally had a grandpa tell me he “owned my grandma.”

I’m not going to lie…..
YES! That ticked me off!!!

As I think of my ancestors that have passed this Memorial Day Weekend I thank them for the things they have survived so I can thrive!

These are the kinds of things we will be addressing in week one of Sacred S*xuality.

Understanding the different aspects that make you, YOU can help you love yourself more, love your body more, love your intimate relationships more, and bring you peace.
