Get to know Julia! 👇

I am Julia Martell FNP-C, a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and I am so excited to bring my experience and passion for patient-centered care to Compass Rose Health and Wellness. 

I began my nursing career in 2014 after earning my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Scranton. Over the next nine years, I worked in various hospital settings, including medical-surgical and critical care. In 2023, I earned my Master of Science in Nursing from Moravian University and began my journey as a nurse practitioner.

After relocating to the Lowcountry with my family in early 2024, I started my nurse practitioner career in urgent care, where I gained valuable experience caring for patients of all ages and backgrounds.

I’m thrilled to continue my journey with the incredible team at Compass Rose Health and Wellness, where I can build lasting relationships with patients and help them achieve their fullest health and wellness potential.

Outside of work, you’ll often find me at the gym or spending time outdoors with my husband and children. We love everything the Lowcountry has to offer, from relaxing at the pool or beach to enjoying time out on the boat together.
