Wellness, but outside 🌿

Back when I was working as a naturalist, spending my days out on the trails and leading guided hikes, I needed something that actually worked, but was natural and effective.

So I started making my own.

A simple, plant-based bug spray I could use daily, without second guessing what was in it.

And before long, it wasn’t just for me…
People started asking for it, borrowing it on hikes, wanting their own bottle to take home.

That’s really where this began.

This smoothie feels like something you’d get at a little beach café… but it’s made right at home 👀

My go-to lately:

🍓 strawberries
🍌 banana
🍯 honey
✨ elderberry syrup (the secret)

It’s creamy, naturally sweet, and the elderberry adds the best flavor and a little extra support your body will love.

Honestly, once I started adding it in, I can’t make a smoothie without it now.

Such an easy way to use elderberry daily, especially if you’re not great at remembering to take it on its own.

🌿 Bee Berry Glow Smoothie

(Strawberry • Banana • Elderberry • Honey)

A creamy, nourishing smoothie packed with antioxidants, natural sweetness, and immune-supporting ingredients.

🍓 Ingredients
• 1 cup frozen strawberries
• 1 ripe banana
• 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or raw milk if you prefer)
• 1–2 tablespoons elderberry syrup
• 1 tablespoon raw honey
• 2 tablespoons rolled oats (for that bakery-style thickness)
• 1 tablespoon almond butter (optional but makes it creamy + filling)
• 1 teaspoon bee pollen
• Ice (optional, depending on thickness preference)

1. Add everything to a high-speed blender
2. Blend until smooth and creamy
3. Taste and adjust sweetness (add a little more honey if needed)
4. Pour into a glass and top with fresh strawberries if you want that aesthetic finish ✨

I’m a mom of four daughters, and I’ve been on a wellness journey for over 20 years. My mission began long before “clean living” became a trend — back when choosing better meant being questioned, doubted, or dismissed. Pressing forward when others don’t understand your choices is hard, but I knew in my bones that this path mattered.

Like many moms, I’ve felt the weight of trying to grasp it all. There were seasons when a single grocery trip took three hours because I read every label, researched every ingredient I couldn’t pronounce, and questioned every claim. Over time, that dedication became something deeper — a mental bank of brands I trust, ingredients I believe in, and standards I refuse to compromise.

My oldest daughter is 23 and my youngest is 2, which means our family lives every phase of life at once. Each stage requires something different, and that reality is why I create products for the whole family. We spend our days exploring nature, seeking quiet places, and supporting our immune systems so we can fully live the life we love.
