It has come to our attention lately that there have been several no-call/no-show appointments or cancellations with less than a 24 hours notice.
Please read our policy below for grooming services.

If there are any questions or concerns, please call the office.

The Bluffton Veterinary Hospital & Pet Care Center WILL NOT be open for appointments or grooming services tomorrow 1/26/2026. We will contact clients tomorrow morning to reschedule.
If your pet is here for boarding services, we will contact you tomorrow morning about pick-up times.

The Ottawa Veterinary Clinic will be taking appointments, but please call the clinic to ensure your appointment time or if you would like to reschedule please call (419)-523-3698.

This is why it’s so important to educate your self before getting a puppy. Everyone wants a doodle but they don’t want to spend the time brushing or pay to get it groomed. If you make grooming apart of their lifestyle they will enjoy life even more. With heavy matted hair pulling on his skin can be painful and very hot. You could feel the heat coming off this dog once I got to the skin. So please make sure when choosing a breed you know what it takes to care for it. This is not my favorite thing to do but it was what was best for this sweet boy.
