Jazzercise - Bluffton, OH

Jazzercise - Bluffton, OH Jazzercise is a 60-minute group fitness class combining cardio, strength, kickboxing and stretching!! The original dance exercise phenomenon! Monday 6:00 p.m.

Each 60-minute workout is a fusion of dance and muscle toning movements choreographed to today's hottest music, including Top 40, jazz, country, Latin, hip-hop, rock and classics. Our instructors make all the routines fun and easy-to-follow. Every class includes a gentle warm up, 30-minute aerobic workout, muscle toning and strengthening segment with weights or resistance tubes, and a stretch finale. Classes are as follows:

Monday 5:30 a.m. Tuesday 5:30 a.m. Tuesday 4:30 p.m. Tuesday 6:00 p.m. Wednesday 5:30 a.m. Wednesday 6:00 p.m. Strength 60 format

Thursday 5:30 a.m. Thursday 4:30 p.m. Thursday 6:00 p.m. Friday 5:30 a.m. Saturday 8:00 a.m.
