Until meeting Jeff Lemler, I didn't know it is possible to feel listened to, be treated thoughtfully, and feel genuine gratitude while meeting with a funeral director. Mr. Lemler took time to sit with us, learn about our loved one, and hear what services we wanted. He never once attempted to tell us what we should do, nor did he attempt to upsell his services. He simply listened attentively and shared what he could do to help us based on our stated needs. He asked about our own care and how we are experiencing grief following our father's passing. We felt heard and cared about. He followed through on everything discussed and agreed upon. He checked in on us. He even made a trip to the county to get death certificates for us when mail services failed. No additional charge. We are grateful to Jeff, his wife, and the other folks employed at Thoma/Rich Lemler Funeral Home.
They were truly wonderful to work with.
