We are delighted to announce a new monthly Somatic Yoga workshop with Moor Spa Hilton Head! 🌿Our first will be Thursday, January 29th at 6pm.

This somatic workshop offers space to release the physical tension and emotional weight your body may still be carrying after the holidays and the quiet pressure of “new year, new you.” Together, we’ll slow the pace and create room for what your nervous system actually needs.

Through gentle somatic practices and guided reflection, we’ll explore where stress lives in the body and what part of you has been holding the most. Attention will be given to common areas of holding like the shoulders, hips, jaw, and pelvic floor, all within a grounded, supportive environment where nothing needs to be fixed or forced.

We’re growing, and we’re looking for a licensed clinical therapist to join the Peace by Piece Therapy team.

This role is for someone who enjoys working 1:1 with clients and feels at home in a slower, body-aware approach to therapy. The schedule currently includes Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays, and the position is private pay.

We’re especially interested in therapists who are trained in or drawn to Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic approaches, yoga-informed therapy, or Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT).

Peace by Piece Therapy is a space where clients are invited to move at their own pace. We value presence, collaboration, and thoughtful care for both the people we serve and the people who work here.
