Thanksgiving is about gratitude - that includes showing yourself that you’re thankful for you. Happy Thanksgiving! 💕

🌿 1. It honors the body that carries you

When you rest, move, or nourish yourself intentionally, you’re saying thank you to your body for showing up every day — for breathing, moving, healing, and holding space for your life.

We are so grateful for you.

As we move into this season of gratitude, all of us — your teachers and Om leaders — want to share our heartfelt thanks for being a part of our yoga family. Your presence, energy, and dedication bring so much warmth and light into our studio and into each other’s lives.



We wish you and your loved ones peace, joy, and radiant wellbeing this Thanksgiving and throughout the holiday season.



Our studio will be celebrating the holidays with one 9am class on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Eve. We hope you’ll join us to move, breathe, and connect in gratitude. We will return to our full schedule on January 1, 2026.



Classes are filling quickly, so please reserve your spot early. Keep an eye on our online schedule — we’re always adding new classes to meet the needs of our growing community.
