Sweet moments and even sweeter treats at Maple Crest! 🍪💛 Our residents had a wonderful time decorating cookies for our cookie jars—adding their own creative (and delicious!) touch. Nothing brings people together quite like frosting, sprinkles, and a whole lot of smiles!

April Fools’ strikes again! 😂🐭

We called our Maintenance Director, Kyle, over in a panic—there was a “mouse” trapped under a trash can! He came ready for action… only to discover it was just a computer mouse 💻

We may not have had a real pest problem, but we definitely had a good laugh! 😄

We were beautifully entertained at Maple Crest by Summer Yuan, an international student staying with our Villa residents, Tom and Becky Smith. 🎹

Summer shared his incredible piano talent with us, filling the room with music and joy. We are so grateful for moments like these that bring our community together and showcase such amazing gifts. 💙

Today’s Easter egg hunt was fun for more than just the kids! The Elders at Mennonite Memorial Home lined the windows looking out on the courtyard and enjoyed watching the kids scramble to find their eggs!

We had a sweet visitor at Maple Crest today! 🐾💛

Nancy Allison, one of our wonderful Villa residents, brought Ginger in for a special visit—and she quickly stole everyone’s hearts. From wagging tails to warm smiles, it was a joyful reminder of how much happiness a furry friend can bring.

Smiles all around as we welcomed the St. Mary’s Preschool class to MMH and Willow Ridge! They serenaded us with spring songs, and we wrapped up the visit by dyeing Easter eggs together—such a joyful time for all.

We took a trip down memory lane at Maple Crest with the wonderful sounds of Ray Cheney! 🎶✨

From the 1930s through the 1950s, his music filled the room with nostalgia, toe-tapping rhythms, and plenty of smiles. Residents enjoyed singing along, reminiscing, and soaking in the timeless tunes that never go out of style. 💛

There’s something special about music that brings generations together—and today was a perfect reminder of that at Maple Crest.
