Our Sons and Daughters "Behind the Walls" need to know this. You are not forgotten, you are still valuable, you are seen, and you are loved.

The One Standing At a Crossroad

Right now, life may feel heavy. The decisions in front of you may seem bigger than you are, and the road ahead may look uncertain. But hear this clearly: your past does not have the final word, and your current situation does not define your future. There is hope on the other side.

This is a season to move with wisdom, patience, and focus. Every choice you make today can build a stronger tomorrow. Stay alert, stay disciplined, and protect your peace. Some doors need to stay closed so better ones can open.

Scripture reminds us, “Discretion will protect you, and understanding will guard you” (Proverbs 2:11). Let wisdom lead your steps. Think before you move. Pray before you act. Choose what brings you new life, not what pulls you backward.

And when fear tries to roar louder than your "Mustard Seed" faith, remember this promise: “The one who is victorious will not be hurt at all by the second death” (Revelation 2:11). Stay faithful through the struggle. Victory belongs to those who endure.

You are not finished. You are being refined. There is purpose still in your life, strength still in your spirit, and grace still available for your next chapter.

Keep your head up. Keep your heart right. Keep your faith strong.

There's hope on the other side.

Kindness Over Division That's What It's All About 🤟🏾

If you feel forgotten, this is for you ❤️ Jesus loves you and there's nothing no one can do about it. He came and died just for you 😘

In the Gospel of Matthew 9:13, Jesus says:
"I desire mercy, not sacrifice."

Jesus reminds us that God cares more about how we treat people than about religious appearances. Division, judgment, and pride separate humanity, but kindness and mercy bring healing.
Jesus did not come only for those who think they have everything together. He came for the broken, the overlooked, and the outcasts—because everyone needs grace.
If we truly want to reflect God’s heart, we must choose compassion over criticism and mercy over division.
The world needs less judgment and more kindness.

Division is easy.
Mercy takes heart. 💪🏾

As I laid in bed last night meditating on this new month, I began repeating a Scripture I often let settle into my heart before sleep:
Psalm 4:8 – “In peace I will lie down and sleep, for You alone, Lord, make me dwell in safety.”
But suddenly, every concern I had been trying to quiet rushed to the surface. I paused and prayed, “Lord, what is this?” The gentle response in my spirit was simple: Read.
As I continued reading, I was lead to Matthew 6:27 – “Can any of you live a bit longer by worrying about it?”
That question stopped me.
How often do we rehearse every possible outcome, replay conversations, and try to control situations in our minds—when what we truly need is to invite God into every step? Worry feels productive, but trust is powerful. Worry drains us; trust steadies us.

This season, let’s shift from overthinking to over-trusting. Instead of trying to map every scenario, let’s ask God to meet us in every move. He knows how to position, protect, and provide better than we ever could.

Trust God to do what He does best—create moves we could never orchestrate on our own.
Happy Moving Forward March 💚

Love with Wisdom

The Future Generations are watching, how are you leading?

As we close out this beautiful month of love and reflect on Black History Month on Sunday, we were reminded that love is powerful — but love must also be wise.

Our history teaches us about strength, resilience, courage, and discernment. From families who endured hardship together to leaders who stood firm in truth, love was never weak. It was anchored in conviction. It was guided by wisdom.

The Word reminds us: “Guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it.” – Proverbs 4:23
“Love rejoices with the truth.” – 1 Corinthians 13:6
“It is for freedom that Christ has set us free.” – Galatians 5:1

Love should never cost you your peace.
Love should never require you to compromise your values.
Love should never trap you in fear or pressure.
Healthy love builds.
Healthy love frees.
Healthy love protects your purpose.
As we honor the legacy of those who walked before us, let us also commit to loving wisely — in friendships, in relationships, in leadership, and in community. Discernment is not rejection; it is protection.
This Wellness Wednesday, choose love that aligns with truth. Choose relationships that strengthen your faith and mental wellness. Choose freedom.
You are worthy of love that reflects God’s heart — strong, steady, and wise. ✨

My wind down time consists of reading and planning. How About You?

Me: “God bless my plans.”
Psalm 23: “For HIS name’s sake.”
Oh… so it’s not about me? 😮‍💨
It’s not for your status—it’s for His name.
If you’re not chasing righteousness… you might be cooked 😅
Lord, help us 🙏🏽

He Meets You At The Crossroads

Emptiness isn’t always a problem—it’s often a signal.
1 Peter 1 reminds us that a life without Christ may stay busy yet still feel hollow. But through God’s mercy, we are saved from an empty way of living and born again into a living hope.
What once felt missing is filled when we surrender to Jesus and allow the Holy Spirit to lead us into truth, purpose, and new life. (1 Peter 1:3, 18–19)

Caregiving during emotional transitions is sacred, often unseen work. Seeds of encouragement may take time to grow, but consistency, patience, and compassion create space for healing.

You matter. Your work matters. And the care you provide today contributes to a better quality of life tomorrow.

This is why healthcare in America needs Compassion.

Empty nest depression isn’t just about a quiet house—it’s about a heart adjusting to change.
Presence, consistency, and small moments of connection can restore purpose and improve quality of life. Caregivers support the journey, but family time sustains the soul. Make time. It matters.

Caregiving begins with prayer and is sustained through wise stewardship. As you pour into others, remember to invite God to search your heart and guide your habits (Psalm 139:23–24). Your health matters too. Healing and strength often come through prayer, rest, nourishment, and healthy environments (James 5:13–16). Pray continually (1 Thessalonians 5:17) and care for yourself as faithfully as you care for others.

Happy Faith Filled Friday Y'all ❤️

Caregiving doesn’t always follow the planned route. Sometimes a change in direction simply means your client needed fresh air, connection, or a moment of freedom. Flexibility is not failure—it’s compassion in action. Stay balanced, stay patient, and remember: your presence matters more than the plan.

📍Why it’s Important to be Anointed‼️

In Bible Times, oil was essential to the well being of a sheep!

📌Sheep were constantly tormented by flies, gnats, and parasites 🪰

They would crawl into their ears and eyes, driving the lambs into irritation, frustration, and even self-harm.

So the shepherd would take oil and gently apply it to the lamb’s head.

The oil did three things:
• It repelled what was trying to torment them
• It soothed existing wounds
• It brought refreshing and rest

That’s why Psalm 23 matters!

📝David was saying:
God doesn’t just lead me.
God doesn’t just provide for me.
God protects my mind.
God soothes my soul.
God keeps the enemy from getting access to my mind.

😔Some of you aren’t tired because life is hard, you’re tired because you’ve been running without oil.

The anointing isn’t hype.
It’s not fluff.
It’s not for show.

It’s brings protection.
It’s brings healing.
It’s peace under pressure.
🐑✨

“You anoint my head with oil; my cup runs over.”
— Psalm 23:5

🙏May God’s precious oil cover you and your family today and always!

A peaceful transition begins in the heart. When our intentions are pure and our motives align with God’s will, we make room to see His hand clearly at work. Pure hearts invite divine guidance, lasting peace, and grace for every season of change.
“Blessed are the pure in heart: for they shall see God.” — Matthew 5:8
