Perketia Kay Cook peacefully entered eternal rest on December 29, 2025. She was a woman of faith, strength, and unmistakable personality—stylish, classy, full of laughter, and loved by many.

She cherished music, had a joyful sense of humor, and a presence that left a lasting impression. Her faith was genuine and personal, reflected not only in scripture but in how she loved people from all walks of life and made everyone feel welcomed and seen.

She lived by her favorite scripture, Romans 12:1–2, standing firm in who God created her to be.

She is lovingly remembered by her devoted and only child, Koesha Tierra Cook; her former husband, Gary Lyn Cook; along with extended family, friends, and her church family.

Forever loved, deeply missed, and eternally remembered.
