📣 Meet Matt Heinz, HR Manager of Payroll & Administration, and our second-longest tenured employee at 22 ½ years.

With more than two decades at EnergyCAP, Matt has seen the company grow and evolve—his experience and positive presence make him an integral part of our team.

💼 What he does: “A few of my major responsibilities include: running our company’s payroll, overseeing employee benefits administration, compensation benchmarking, merit and bonus administration, and managing our corporate headquarters."

🐾 Cats or dogs? “Dogs! My family has two—a 10-year-old Black Lab/Collie mix named Sawyer and a 3-year-old Saint Bernard named Daisy."

🌙 Early bird or night owl? “This is an interesting question. I would say both! My six kids’ ages vary from 2 to 15 years old, and I know I would get very little done if I didn’t wake up early. Our teenagers have activities that keep us up late, and I would hope I never turn down a conversation with them for sleep!"
